Welcome to Jeff Aaker, who will be working across The Goley Companies to support practical, field-focused safety and environmental practices.

We’re pleased to welcome Jeff Aaker to The Goley Companies as our Director of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).

Jeff brings extensive safety experience, technical expertise, and a hands-on leadership approach that aligns closely with how we operate: investing time in the field, understanding the work, building trust by building relationships with our teams, and addressing risks before they become incidents.

In his role, Jeff will work across The Goley Companies family to continue strengthening our approach to health, safety, and environmental performance while providing teams with the expertise, tools, and support they need to work safely.

As Jeff begins visiting our locations and getting to know our teams, his focus will center around what matters most: protecting our people and helping everyone return home safely at the end of the day.
