Reed Middle School’s ribbon cutting yesterday was one for the books! Seeing the kids and teachers who will bring this space to life for years to come, and knowing our team helped make it possible, is incredibly rewarding.

As Principal Robin Collins said today, “Welcome Home!” A new chapter begins for all the students and teachers at Reed Middle School.

We were honored to join Springfield Public Schools, Reed students, staff, families, and community members to celebrate the ribbon cutting for the new 135,400sf Reed Middle School.

For more than a century, Reed has been an important part of its neighborhood. Springfield Public Schools approached this project with a bold vision: honor that history while creating an innovative, welcoming school where today’s students can learn, perform, connect, and thrive.

The new school features modern learning environments, a central commons, media center, flexible classrooms, a multipurpose auditorium and safe room, and dedicated spaces for fine and performing arts. Meaningful elements from the original building, including its historic stonework, auditorium flooring, and architectural details, were carefully incorporated into the new design, allowing Reed’s story to continue for generations to come.

Congratulations to Springfield Public Schools and the entire Reed community! We are grateful to have helped bring this remarkable vision to life.

Yesterday we celebrated the ribbon cutting of the Robert W. Plaster Center for Student Success, a new home for Lebanon High School students participating in GO CAPS and the Schools of Discovery programs.

Lebanon R-3 School District envisioned a place where students could come together, collaborate, and safely explore careers in business, education, healthcare, and more. By creating opportunities for meaningful, real-world experiences, the district is helping students graduate with greater confidence and a clearer vision for their futures.

As architects, we are proud to have helped transform an existing retail space into an environment that supports this vision. But the real story is Lebanon Schools’ commitment to its students; investing in their potential and creating opportunities that will help them make informed decisions long after high school.

We’re proud to see Lebanon R-3 School District, Robert W. Plaster Center for Student Success come to life!

Sapp Design helped transform the former VF Mall into a 102,000-square-foot learning environment that includes a new Early Childhood Center, Schools of Discovery, biomedical and teaching programs, GOCAPS, a medical simulation lab, and more.

With Sapp Design’s experience adapting former big-box and retail spaces, we’ve seen firsthand how these buildings can provide tremendous value—giving existing community assets new life while creating flexible, cost-effective spaces for the future.

We’re proud to have played a part in bringing several of Bolivar R-I Schools’ Proposition Liberators projects to life.

It’s rewarding to see these improvements completed and now serving students, staff, and the Bolivar community. Congratulations to the district, project partners, and everyone who supported Proposition Liberators and helped make these investments possible.

A major milestone for The City of Centerton, Arkansas! On Monday we celebrated the groundbreaking of the new Centerton Recreation Center, marking the beginning of an exciting investment in health, wellness, and community.

Phase 1 includes a 36,575 sf, two story recreation center with an indoor aquatics center featuring a lazy river, water slide, lap lanes, and a zero entry pool, along with a gymnasium, fitness spaces, community rooms, indoor track, child watch area, community garden, and an event lawn.

We’re excited to see this vision come to life and create a destination that will serve the Centerton community for generations to come!

We are so excited for the Rolling Hills Library and the St. Joseph community! On Saturday they officially opened their doors! 📚

The new 36,000+ square foot facility sits on 4 acres and is surrounded by natural landscaping and beautiful views, creating a welcoming space for the community to gather, learn, and connect. The building is now home to the library’s largest branch, the Bookmobile office and garage, administration offices, and the Friends of the Library’s used bookstore, Books Revisited.

We are excited to see this incredible community resource come to life and the impact it will have for years to come.
