Chickpeas in the air fryer are my favorite snack! Rinse one can, let sit out on towel for an hour to dry, put in air fryer at 375 for 18 min, shake and continue for 4 more min. Immediately spritz with olive oil spray and favorite seasonings- I used chili lime and salt! 0 point crunchy snack! Yum!

Edit: I will not tolerate any bickering on my posts. I post for fun. Someone was very rude to another person. That person has been blocked and comments hidden. I apologize to the person who was verbally attacked. I am just learning to love cooking after a horrendous situation with a neighbor. My kitchen was torn apart for months due to her negligent behavior. I bought an air fryer to get back into something I used to enjoy. So, if you can't be nice, don't post! Thanks in advance.

If you're looking for a filling and healthy dinner, these Air Fryer Stuffed Bell Peppers are the way to go! With a flavorful filling and tender peppers, it's a quick, delicious meal that’s ready in minutes.

📝 Ingredients:
4 large bell peppers (any color)
1 lb (450g) ground beef (or turkey, chicken, or plant-based protein)
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
1 can diced tomatoes (drained)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

1 - Prepare the peppers: Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes. Set aside.

1 block extra-firm tofu (pressed and cubed)
1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari (for gluten-free)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Press the tofu: Wrap your tofu block in a clean towel and place a heavy object (like a pan) on top to press out excess water for about 10-15 minutes.
