A fresh little bedroom makeover āœØ

Finished this set of nightstands in a soft creamy neutral with warm brushed gold hardware and Iā€™m kind of loving how calm and coastal they feel. These would be so pretty in a beach house, guest room, or cozy bedroom.

Always love giving solid pieces a second life instead of seeing them tossed.

This little child's chest of drawers had definitely seen some life. The wood was worn, the top was painted an old faded blue, and it was ready for a fresh start.

With a little sanding, paint, and patience, it was transformed into something completely differentā€”a classic black finish paired with the beautiful warm wood drawer fronts. I love how the contrast gives it a timeless look while still letting some of the original character shine through.

There's something so satisfying about taking a forgotten piece and imagining all the memories it could help create in its next home. Whether it ends up in a nursery, child's bedroom, guest room, or tucked away in a cozy beach cottage, I think it's ready for its next chapter.

Thereā€™s something so rewarding about saving a piece of history. This Eastlake washstand dates back to the late 1800s, and after a full restoration, sheā€™s ready for her next chapter.

By pairing a sophisticated black finish with the original, ornate Victorian hardware, weā€™ve created a "moody traditional" look that fits perfectly in todayā€™s modern farmhouse or transitional homes.

šŸŒŠ A little coastal makeover to share...

You know how some pieces just have good bones, but they've lost a little of their spark over the years?

This old washstand was one of those pieces.

When it came into the workshop, it had plenty of character but needed a fresh chapter. After a little time, patience, and creativity, it now has a whole new coastal-inspired look with a deep navy finish, warm wood tones, and plenty of charm for a beach home.

I always enjoy seeing the transformation from "before" to "after." It's a reminder that not everything needs to be replacedā€”sometimes it just needs someone willing to see the possibilities. šŸ˜Š

This piece was recently upcycled by Mr. Possibilities and is available for sale locally here in Surfside Beach.

Okay girls, look at this pair of parrot watercolors, tealā€‘blue plant stand, and those little surfboard picture frames giving full ā€œIā€‘just-want-to-be-on-vacationā€ energy.

I was unpacking everything earlier and literally thought, this is the vibe I want my whole life to feel like. Bright colors, beachy textures, and that little pop of tropical chaos that just makes you smile for no reason.

Hi friends! You know how sometimes a piece just feels like itā€™s been waiting for the right corner of your house? That little side table in the photo is totally that moment. The curves, the soft white base, the way it plays with all the warm wood and texturesā€”itā€™s giving ā€œlazy Sunday coffee and gossipā€ vibes.

I swear, if furniture could flirt, this one would.

Hey friends, itā€™s PJ šŸ’›

I had to share this fabulous little server I just brought into PJā€™S Pieces. It has that soft, coastal charm that instantly makes you think of sandy toes, open windows, and a salty breeze drifting through the house. Honestly, I can picture it in a beach home holding a vase with fresh cut flowers, a basket of shells, or even just your favorite lamp and a good book.

Itā€™s currently hanging out over at Flamingo Porch, looking all cute and ready to make someoneā€™s space feel extra special. I just love finding pieces that feel like they belong in someoneā€™s story, and this one definitely has that vibe.
