🔥 Pork Belly Burnt Ends! This is one of the best bites in BBQ and the perfect thing to grill as temps start warming up! Full Recipe below:
has started carrying slabs of pork belly which is great from a value perspective! This slab was less than $20!
• First, cube up the pork belly into roughly 1.5”x 1.5” cubes
•Next, in a foil pan add mustard as a binder and then a heavy coating of Oh my Garlic followed by Queen Bee which is our honey based rub and mix everything together (salt base followed by honey)
•Once each piece is evenly covered, move all to a wire rack
• Heat up smoker to 250-275 degrees and cook pork belly bites for roughly 2.5-3 hours spritzing with apple juice every 30 or so minutes
•Remove the pork from the grill and place in a foil pan with 1/2 stick of butter, 1/3 cup of brown sugar, 1/3 cup of
BBQ sauce and then we added some hot honey for a final kick
•Cover with foil and then place back in the grill for roughly 1 hours

🏈 Hot Dog Burnt Ends! The perfect appetizer for your Super Bowl party that will leave your guests begging for more! 🇺🇸 🌭 Full Recipe Below: ⬇️
•First, take a pack of hotdogs and score the tops in a cross hatch pattern
•Using mustard as a binder, lather the hotdogs down follow d by a heavy coating of our all purpose rub- Jack of All Rubs
•Grill or smoker at 300 degrees and cook for roughly 45 minutes indirect heat
•Once you have a nice bark, remove from the grill and cut into 1/3’s
•Place in a foil pan or cast iron and then add 4 small pats of butter, 1/2 cup of bbq sauce, layer of Jack of All Rubs, and 1/4 cup of brown sugar
•Mix everything together and then place back on the smoker stirring occasionally
•Remove from heat and let cool a few minutes prior to digging in!

Smoked Meatloaf! The perfect snow day comfort food that the whole family loves and one of the easiest meals to make! Full Recipe Below 👇🏽:
In a bowl, mix:
-2 lbs ground beef- we did 85/15
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup oats
- 2 tbsp Oh My Garlic Rub
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 small onion minced up
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire
- 3/4 cup of milk
•Mix all ingredients thoroughly together and form out your meatloaf. We added a layer of our Jack of All Rubs to finish it off
•On the grill or in the oven, cook at 375 for roughly 50 minutes or until it’s thoroughly cooked
•Around the 35-40 minute mark, add a layer of ketchup for final 15 minutes and throw back on the grill/oven to finish up
•Let rest for 5-10 minutes and carve up!
•Be sure to always check the temperature to ensure meat is cooked through

Sausage Egg and Cheese Hashbrown Casserole 🥘 🍳 The perfect, easy breakfast that the whole family will devour! Full Recipe Below: 👇🏽
•Brown 1 pound of breakfast sausage
•In a bowl, add 10 eggs along with a heavy pinch of salt and 2 tbsp of our Oh My Garlic Rub (Best garlic rub in the 🇺🇸)
•Add one cup of milk and thoroughly whisk together
•Once breakfast sausage is browned, remove from heat and set aside
•In a greased 9x13 dish, add 9 frozen hash browns over the bottom
•Layer 2 cups of cheddar cheese followed by the sausage, making sure to evenly spread across the top
•Pour in the eggs evenly throughout the dish
•Lastly, add one more layer of Oh My Garlic Rub over the top
•Cover with foil and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
•Remove the foil and cook an additional 20minutes until it’s done.
•Devour!

🔥 Smoked Cream Cheese with a Bourbon Bacon Jam!
This was one of best sweet and savory appetizers we have made and is perfect for the holidays! 🎅🏼
Full recipe below: 👇🏽
•For the bacon jam, on a hot skillet sauté 1/2 lb of bacon until it starts to brown up and then add 1/2 of a large onion
•Cook until onion caramelizes up and add a layer of Oh My Garlic Rub
• Next, add 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/4 maple syrup, splash of bourbon and reduce heat
•Simmer everything together for roughly 15 minutes stirring frequently
•For the cream cheese, take a block of cream cheese and score the top
•Add a layer of our Queen Bee honey based dry rub
•Smoke for roughly 20 minutes or until cheese is nice and soft
•Add the bacon jam over the top and we served with crackers
• Enjoy! This was amazing! 🔥🔥

Bacon and Garlic Smoked Chex Mix! 🎅🏼🔥 This turned out outstanding and will make for a great snack over the holidays! Full recipe below and hope you enjoy!
🥓 Bacon Rub
🧂 Oh My Garlic.
For each pan/serving, mix all ingredients:
1/2 box of corn Chex
1/2 box of rice Chex
1 cup of
1 cup of peanuts
1 cup of pretzels
For the Sauce, pour over and mix thoroughly on all Chex mix batch:
1 stick of butter melted
2 tbsp of the Bacon and OMG rubs
2 tbsp Worcestershire
Mix all together!
Smoke for 2 hours at 225 stirring every 30 minutes and enjoy!

Jalapeño Popper Sausage Balls! The perfect appetizer for your upcoming holiday party- very tasty and not too spicy! Full recipe is below:👇🏽
Ingredients:
•1lb hot breakfast sausage
•2c Mexican shredded cheese
•1.5 cups of Bisquick biscuit mix
•4oz of real bacon bits
•8oz of softened cream cheese
•4oz of pickled diced jalapeños
•1.5 tbsp@of Oh My Garlic Rub
•Mix all ingredients in a bowl by hand until they are well combined
•From 1-1.5” balls and place on a sheet pan topped with butcher or parchment paper
•Season the tops with Jack of All Rubs- our all purpose rub
•Cook them at 400 degrees for roughly 25 minutes or until they reach 165 degrees internal
•Let cool a few minutes and served with ranch

Crockpot Taco Soup 🌮 🥣 This is a fall favorite in our house and one of my wife’s family recipes that turns out delicious every time! 🔥
Full Recipe below and make sure to give this one a try as the temps start to cool off!
•First, brown 1 lb of ground beef and 1 lb of mild Italian sausage
•Season with Oh My Garlic Rub
•Once brown, set aside and drain the excess fat from the beef
•In a crockpot, add all of the ingredients listed below:
•Browned meat
•2 cans of diced tomatoes
•1 can of rotel
•1 can of corn
•2 cans of kidney beans
•1 can of pinto beans
•1 pack of ranch seasoning
•1 pack of taco seasoning
•2 tbsp of Jack of All Rubs which is our all purpose rub
•Stir together ensuring to mix everything together
•Cook on either low for 6-7 hours or high for 4-5 hours
•Serve and top however you want! We went with sour cream, pepperoncinis, cheese and some fresh cilantro
•Enjoy!

Candied Bacon Wrapped Pretzels!🥨 🥓 The perfect salty, savory snack to level up that holiday Bloody Mary! Ready in just a few simple steps below: ⬇️
•Ingredients:
-Pretzel rods
-Bacon
- Queen Bee Honey Based Dry rub
- brown sugar and red pepper flakes
•Using your favorite bacon, wrap one piece around a pretzel rod tightly and lay on a wire rack
•Season with Queen Bee followed by a light layer of brown sugar and red pepper flakes
•Grill or oven at 350 degrees and cook for roughly 30 minutes or until bacon is thoroughly cooked through
•Remove from heat and let rest a few minutes
•We served these with Bloody Mary’s and they were gone in no time!

Bourbon Pineapple Smoked Ham! This was next level flavor and is perfect for an upcoming holiday dinner! Make sure to save this recipe for the next time you are going to make ham. 👇🏽
•Using either a bone in ham or spiral ham, lay over a wire rack and coat with a mustard based binder
•Season heavily with your favorite rub- we used our Queen Bee Dry rub which is honey based and delicious on pork
•Set your smoker or oven at 250 degrees and put your ham in for roughly 2-2.5 hours
For the bourbon pineapple glaze:
•In a pan, add:
•2 tbsp of butter
•1 cup of diced pineapple
•1/2 cup of brown sugar
•2 tbsp Dijon mustard
•1/3 cup of bourbon
•2 tbsp Worcestershire
•1/4 cup honey
•Cook the sauce until it emulsifies and thickens up
•After the ham has cooked the initial couple hours, brush on the sauce every 15-20 minutes for another hour
•Next, remove the ham from the heat and let rest for a few minutes
•Pour over the remaining sauce, carve up, and enjoy!

🍺 🧀 Smoked Chorizo Beer Cheese Queso! 🔥🔥 This queso is next level deliciousness and packs so much flavor! Full details below:
•Ingredients:
-One block of
-One block of Pepper Jack cheese
-One can of rotel
-One jalapeno diced up
-Heavy coating of Jack of All Rubs
-Half a can of your favorite beer- we chose Juicy Haze from New Belgium ()
•In a greased foil pan, add all ingredients and mix around
•Place on the at 350 degrees for roughly 20-25 minutes making sure to stir every 5-7 minutes until all of the cheese is thoroughly melted together and you have a smooth consistency
•Served with tortilla chips
