I just ordered from DoorDash and got charge on the 18th this month for a pass then turn around today charged again for a pass. Contact customer service they tell me I have 2 accounts that I knew nothing of but instead of canceling one account and refunding my 9.99 they chose to keep it hang up on me twice and act like it was their money that they were refunding. CRAZY 🤦🏽‍♂️ DoorDash
