Another great post from the the savvy mamma

As a coeliac and mum of a child with coeliac, buying gluten free food is expensive.

Our Thermomix has been so brilliant for making gluten free ingredients and food from scratch.

Some regular things we make gluten free:

- Artisan bread

- Cinnamon donuts

Walnut and Spinach Pesto is officially my new favorite pesto 💚

It’s rich, nutty, vibrant, and packed with flavor! Tonight I served it with mixed cheese tortellini and both hubby and I absolutely loved it.

One of the best things about making pesto in the Thermomix is knowing exactly what’s in it, fresh ingredients with no added preservatives 🙌

This recipe uses walnuts instead of pine nuts, making it more budget-friendly, while the fresh spinach gives it a beautiful vibrant color and hearty flavor.

✨ It’s also ready in just 5 minutes in the Thermomix!

Perfect for:
• Tossing through pasta
• Spreading on sandwiches/wraps
• Using as a dip
• Freezing for quick and easy meals later
