Two years ago my daughter gave me a sourdough making kit with all the tools. I gave it a good try and failed repeatedly. This year I decided to redeem myself. So before she came to STL for thanksgiving I took a Sourdough Master Class . So fun, interesting and helpful!!! Not only did we have sourdough on the Thanksgiving table, but I have now made several loaves using the starter I brought home from class. Guess what the neighbors will be getting for Christmas?
