Back to School Before/After
This busy mom sought help getting the lunch packing supplies organized so her children could pack their own lunches with ease. Most of the supplies were kept in an upper corner cabinet, not exactly conducive to easy lunch packing. I had her put all the containers on the counter to gauge how much space we needed for supplies, and snapped a picture. I noted a blank spot under the counter and an overwrought area in the corner with dog care supplies. A plan was forming. What do you think of the before and after pictures? Kitchen - extra kitchen gadgets and expired food
Bathroom - excess/expired personal care items
Bedroom - clothes/shoes that you can no longer wear (used up/out grown)
Living Room - excess knick knacks
Desk - junk mail

“So, are you like Marie Kondo, where you fold things in a certain way?” I get this question a lot. MK has a very specific organizing style. It’s not for everybody, and that’s okay. You need to organize for your intuitive organizing style and not worry if it’s Pinterest Perfect. If you want help organizing and decluttering, I can help with that, and I won’t insist that you fold items a certain way. :)
