Our team at Win-Central Renovations is currently undertaking a comprehensive primary bathroom remodel. We extend our appreciation to Tom and Matt at Plumbers Plus, who have successfully completed the rough-in phase, and we are scheduled for our initial plumbing inspection tomorrow. Following the inspection of the in-floor plumbing, we will proceed with replacing the entire subfloor and completing the framing of a wall to accommodate the installation of the Kohler thermostatic 3-way valve, ceiling-mount shower head, and remaining Kohler fixture rough-ins. Additionally, Innovate Electric has completed their rough-in work. Throughout this primary bathroom remodel, we will be utilizing the Schluter/Kerdi waterproofing system. The design will incorporate 48x24 maple ribbon wood look tile, 4×12 glass seafoam tile, black pebble mosaic tile, and pine wood waterproof lvl flooring.

Our team at Win-Central Renovations has begun the demolition phase for a comprehensive renovation of a kitchen, breakfast nook, and laundry room. This collaborative project involves our Win-Central crew, in conjunction with Anthony and Joe Badino of Exaris Properties and Innovative Electric. Our scope of work encompasses overseeing demolition, plastering, painting, and carpentry. Conversely, Innovative Electric will handle electrical installations, while Exaris Properties will oversee tile work, floor refinishing, and plumbing.

Our team at Win-Central Renovations is nearing the completion of an array of projects for a homeowner client, who is also a good friend, as they prepare to list their home for sale. Today, I concentrated on installing Schluter waterproofing in the renovated basement bathroom and hexagon tile installation.

Our team at Win-Central Renovations has been working on this house intermittently over the past several years. Initially, the homeowner occupants were still residing in the property, which limited the scope of work. Last summer, we undertook exterior painting, Trex decking work, and handrail installations. Now that the homeowners have officially vacated the premises, we have been able to expedite the project, as they intend to list the property for resale within the next 30 to 45 days. Last week, we completed drywalling the entire basement, addressed electrical and plumbing issues, and installed a new window and man door on the garage. We have a few remaining tasks to complete and anticipate finalizing the project within approximately 2.5 weeks.

Our team at Win-Central Renovations is scheduled to complete this deck project next week. Initially, the customer's deck was simply wrapped in TPO, so we installed a Trex decking system on top of the TPO and added new handrails. We are currently awaiting delivery of two missing handrails to finalize the project.

Win-Central's team has been working tirelessly to finish exterior projects for our Shaw neighborhood client, including privacy fence installation, handrail replacements on the 1st and 2nd floor decks, select exterior painting, and refurbishment of 23 wooden window sills. Weather permitting, we will proceed with building #2 renovations next week.

Our carpenter, Ben, has started installing a handful entry doors for a client. Furthermore, our team has also handled painting the doors, cornices, and soffits on several units for the same client situated on the same street.

Our team at Win-Central Renovations recently completed some exterior work for a client in Richmond Heights prior to taking our family vacation. The scope of work included removing and boarding up several windows in anticipation of new installations, as well as deck renovations featuring reframed flower beds, a newly installed handrail, and refreshed brick finish with Behr's Swiss Coffee exterior paint.
