If you want a space to feel high-end and welcoming, you have to look at the lighting. ✨✨

For this kitchen, we created layers of warmth that draw you right in. These open-cage gold lanterns bring incredible architectural interest and sophisticated charm without blocking the sightlines of the room. We paired them with integrated under-cabinet lighting and glowing glass display faces to add depth and mood when evening comes.

The result is a clean, sophisticated space that feels entirely elevated. 🤍

When we designed this custom dressing room, every square inch was planned with intention. Look all the way up: those floor-to-ceiling cabinets utilize vertical space that usually goes completely to waste, keeping seasonal items tucked away but accessible.

We also integrated specialized valet rods, deep soft-close drawers, a built-in vanity station, and mirrored doors that bounce light across the room.

It’s organized, it’s highly functional, and it completely transforms how our clients start their day.

There comes a point in almost every new build or remodel where the client just stalls out. Decision overload. Budget regrets. Second thoughts on the whole dang thing.

If there’s one place where it’s well worth taking up the floor space (and some of your budget), I would say the kitchen island is it! Trust me. You will never, ever regret having a large kitchen island. No person has ever said “I wish I didn’t have quite so much counter space in this kitchen.” 😂
