An evening In Full Bloom in support of an incredible mission. M+H is proud of our longstanding relationship with United Services for Children and was honored to attend their 42nd Annual Gala, represented by Principal and USC Board Member, Mike Deane with his wife, Laura, and our Director of Interior Design, Nicole Browning with her husband, Josh.

Some projects begin with a need for more space and others begin with a vision.

For Messiah St. Charles, that vision wasn’t simply a larger building, it was creating a campus that could grow alongside its congregation. A place where worship, children’s ministries, and education could all feel more connected, while creating room for the next generation to thrive.

Since 2022, M+H Architects has worked alongside church and school leadership to shape that vision through programming sessions, conceptual design, and countless conversations about what the future of the campus could become. The result is a design rooted not only in function, but in faith.

Inspired by the image of an open Bible, the building’s overall form reflects Scripture as the foundation of the congregation’s ministry. Every space was intentionally planned to support connection, from an 850-seat sanctuary and expanded children’s ministry areas to collaborative offices, gathering spaces, and outdoor amenities designed to bring people together.

The project’s impact extends beyond the new addition itself. By relocating church functions into the new building, Messiah Lutheran School will be able to bring all K-8 students together on a single campus for the first time, creating a more connected experience for students, teachers, and families wile opening the door for continued growth.

Although the project is still in the design phase, the vision is already clear: create a campus that serves today’s congregation while preparing for the generations that will call Messiah St. Charles home in the years ahead.

For 37 years, M+H Architects has been shaped by the people, projects, clients, and relationships that have gotten us to where we are today. A lot has changed over the years, but our commitment to doing great work with great people has stayed the same.

We’re grateful for everyone who has been part of our story so far, and excited for all that’s still to come!

Summer break has been anything but quiet at Vianney.

While students have been enjoying their summer, work has been underway across campus. Several areas of the school have been refreshed with new flooring, furniture, and paint as part of a larger effort to create a more cohesive look and feel throughout the school.

This is just the beginning, with more improvements already planned for next summer.

We love being a part of this chapter and wish all of the students, faculty, and staff a great school year!

A birds-eye-view of progress in Perth Amboy, New Jersey.

This development features a 1-million square-foot speculative warehouse and multi-level parking garage designed to support the facility’s operations. It’s always exciting to see a project move from plans on paper to a reality in the field.
