Huge shout out to our entire crew. Our crew is insanely talented and honestly, Im having to learn how to keep up with THEM. We have been trying to grow our company for a few years and it has been CHALLENGING because in order to grow and hold our standards it has to be ALL the right people. That means the right skill levels and the right personalities (because getting along is important) and communication and systems all coming together. We have worked really hard in 2026 to be able to do this and shorten lead times for you.
Our painting, tiling, and cabinetry teams are all bringing me so much joy. Giving me the energy Ive been needing to revamp so many behind the scene things. I am so excited for the end of this year and what next year will bring. Not only does it bring WALLPAPER, but it brings so many opportunities to have a crew like this. Other contractors on job sites and clients are all raving about our crew and I could not be happier to have every single one of them. Post covid through last year has brought so many challenges no one knows about and I don't want to jinx anything but I think all of us at RF are feeling something extra special coming together.
