Another VERVE prototype trailer depot nearing completion in Sacramento for XTRA Lease, LLC. Thanks to our friends at Case Engineering, Inc. for your Engineering support. Improvements for this location included, insulated precast exterior wall panels and all the necessary measures to meet title 24 regulations and Building Energy Efficiency Standards.

Precast insulated panels are being erected on our Sacramento, CA project. VERVE supplied Prototype drawings to the Local Architect to facilitate construction of this Trucking Depot for long time client Lease. 30+ projects in 22 years. We are small enough to adapt our delivery methods and we have a large enough team to make your project a success.

Here's a view from Wentzville Bluffs overlooking two VERVE projects under construction in Wentzville (Route Z and Interstate Dr.). We have a new Kid's Academy Daycare on the West (right) and a Ziggi's Coffee on the East (left). Construction is moving quickly even with the rain.
