Payment Policy & Methods of Payment
At TMH Designs, formerly Decals & More, we want to make payments for our customers as easy and as stress free as possible. All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before we will start fulfilling your order. This will cover the cost of labor and supplies should you not be able to complete your payments to us for your order. You will have 7 days to
pay the other 50% (if it is a 50/50 order) 14 days to pay the final payment if it is a 3 part payment. This allows for 3 consecutive weeks total to pay off orders that are over $100 (unless other arrangements have been made). If for some reason you cannot complete your payments on time, and you have not reached out to us with a payment date, you waive your deposit, and your item will be sold to the next interested party (unless it is a custom item, then it will be used as a showcase item and will not be put up for sale). Sorry, this is strictly business and nothing personal! We spend a lot of time and supplies making sure each order is fulfilled within the requested time frame and when people do not pick up their finished product, it puts us behind on other projects for other clients, which in turn leads to many sleepless nights. Even though we thoroughly inspect and triple check our work, we are still human and we do make mistakes. This being said, you have 1 hour post receiving your item(s) to fully inspect and bring to our attention any flaws, mistakes, etc. and we will correct it at no additional charge. If your item(s) was/were shipped to you, we will discuss what options we have and go from there. Either way, we will correct the issue.

We currently are only accepting PayPal Friends & Family, Cash, Chime Pay, and Cash App. We are in the process of bringing many more payment methods to our lineup, but currently this is what we have. If you want to send payment for goods & services through PayPal then an additional fee will be added to your order to cover the cost of this service, as PayPal charges a fee. You will also be charged taxes at 8.5% for all card transactions. You can also purchase items via our website listed on our page.
