I’m in need of your opinion again! I found this unusual metal container on one of my recent thrifting trips. I love the size and shape but the polka dots do nothing for me! So I’m wondering which would be better - a Halloween scene, a Fall/Harvest scene or a Christmas scene? It measures 8 inches tall by 10 inches across.

It’s Memorial Day weekend! I’ll be celebrating with my family Sunday night so I thought tonight I’d bring you a live sale full of patriotic and Americana decor over in the Virtual Home Decor Marketplace. New in the studio are these Americana Hang Tags. They are all different art prints designed by the Crafty Basket featuring all things patriotic and homespun. They measure 7 1/2 inches tall by 4 inches across and have a braided jute cord run thru a coordinating grommet and large red bead. I’ve made the cord long enough to loop over a door k**b or chair back for additional decor use options. I’m not able to do as much of a walk around as usual thanks to the torn meniscus but I did get a few pics this afternoon. My Easter lily plants are coming in strong but no where near a bloom yet. But I did find two different lilies that are showing out. Plus a couple of clematis. I love flowers!
