It was an honor to attend today’s ceremony and be recognized alongside Castle Properties for the Outstanding Historic Rehabilitation Project award.

The Collective is so grateful to call 115 S. Lafayette Street home, a space that Mark and Luke did an incredible job restoring. Their vision and dedication helped preserve a special piece of downtown Starkville while giving it new life.

We are thankful for all of the people who work so hard to make downtown Starkville such a vibrant and special place to live, work, and gather. We’re proud to be a small part of it! ❤️
