Hello everyone! As an allergen safe business we have met many people with allergies of various different kinds in various different stages of knowledge. As a mom of two dairy free kiddos who also struggles with dairy issues I know some don't understand what is included when I say "we can't have dairy". So, I have decided to start a weekly series that I am calling Allergen Basics. Allergen Basics will break down skills and knowledge that I think everyone should know about Allergens.
