As a t-shirt quilter, what else could I do but use some of my daughter’s favorite cheer shirts? Every practice, competition, long weekend, and big moment is wrapped up in these tees, and turning them into an ultra-modern t-shirt bow quilt just felt right.

This is why we save everything. Because one day, those stacks of shirts become something that holds the memories a little closer.

When your daughter's high school, Bulloch Academy, makes it to the football state championship for the first time since the late 90's, you celebrate by making her a handmade colorblock split bow hem sweatshirt, complete with all the glitter, to wear to the game - whether she wants it or not.

I may or may not be in my feelings right now because seeing "Class of 2026" makes me realize just how close that is.
