Habits are hard to maintain. Goals always take longer to get to than we think.
This is where habit tracking comes into play. It doesn’t measure “done” or “good”. It measures progress. And in order to get where you want to go it takes little things adding up over lots and lots of time.
Tracking your habits lets you see that even when you feel like you got nothing accomplished you still made progress. And that will help reinforce you to keep moving forward.
June is a high energy month so getting started may feel easier this month. Here’s to you making your progress visible!
