So it turns out the peppers I got from the neighbors were jalapenos and some were saroneos so the batch is more of a medium heat than mild.

I have eight fresh jars of strawberry jalapeno jam made. No worries about bad jalapenos because these came fresh from my neighbors garden. We will be setting up at the Cuba farmers market tomorrow from 11:00 to 3:00. Stop by and get a jar it is a great appetizer or snack when eaten with cream cheese and crackers.

Making fabric bowl covers in three sizes, great for covering your bread dough will it is proofing. They will be $5.00 for small, $7.00 for medium and $9.00 for a large. We will be selling these and all of our other items at the Cuba farmers market this Saturday from 11-3.
