Whelp… I think it’s time we officially REBOOT 529 Design Studio 💚✨
CURRENT PROJECT: A beautiful downtown Detroit condo that is truly a blank canvas… with a budget that said, “Now don’t get carried away.” 😂
Good thing AFFORDABLE LUXURY is our specialty.
We source. We shop. We mix high + low. We get creative. And we design spaces that LOOK expensive without requiring an expensive budget.
529 Design Studio has been “on hold” for 4+ years while life and other priorities took center stage. But the creative energy is flowing again…and THIS is what we love. 💚💙
Taking a blank space and seeing what it COULD BE.
And technology?! 🤯 The way we can showcase our vision now is incredible.
Everything you see in this concept was selected, sourced and designed by US, using real products for the space. We used AI to help visually bring our concept together for presentation—it's not intended to be a 100% exact rendering of the finished space. We will get into that later...
The technology helps us show it.
The vision, creativity and design are 529.
Now for the BEST part…
Taking the vision from SCREEN → SPACE.
529 Design Studio is BACK. 🖤💚💙
Affordable Luxury. Real Budgets. Beautiful Spaces.
