⭐️ How are we different? ⭐️
✅ Hand Stripping
We don’t use any dipping tanks, high pressure water, or harsh acids. Finish is removed with a commercial gel paste and then cleaned with lacquer thinner. IT’S ALL IN THE PREP!
✅Minimal Sanding
We strip the finish the right way so we only have to sand lightly. This ensures the character and integrity remains, especially if there’s veneer!
✅Stain and Finish
Stain is hand wiped right on your piece to truly bring out the beauty of the wood and grain. And colors can’t be picked out of a book... we show you stain options right on your piece so you can easily imagine the finished piece in your home!
We then apply a coat of sealer and finish with 3-4 coats of high quality clear non-yellowing lacquer.

From professional grade sandpaper to German finishes, we don’t cut corners. We use the right products for the job and most of what we use is only available commercially.

You’re invited to our shop to see your piece when it’s down to the bare wood. Our doors are always open!
