This position will be held at a Project located in Hamilton, Montana. The estimated duration of the project is 6 months from the start date on 2/27/23 to completion.

You will be responsible for installing wallboards to ceilings or to interior walls of buildings and applying plaster. Smooths out imperfections with trowels and shackle. Applies coats of compound after panels are mounted to walls or ceiling. Your job will entail working in diverse settings to produce steady and functional infrastructure and products.

The goal is to contribute to the construction and maintenance of strong and long-lasting buildings and products.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Must have experience as a Carpenter working with Fiberglass Reinforced Panels (FRP), Poly Vinyl Chloride Panels (PVC), Vinyl panels, Stainless Steel, Arcoplast, Altro Products, handrails, corner guards, crash rails.

Apply drywall to walls or ceilings.
Fasten drywall panels to the inside framework of building.
Prepare panels for painting by taping or finishing joints.
Smooth out imperfections.
Work with ceiling tile installers to build walls.
Read blueprints and designs.
Measure, cut, fit, and fasten panels.
Prepare panels by sawing, drilling, or cutting holes in panels for electrical outlets, air-conditioning units, and plumbing.
Screw panels to wood or metal framework.
Use a lift to place ceiling panels.
Fill joints in-between panels with spackle.
Use trowels to spread spackle.
Press paper tape into compound.
Smooth away excess material.
Cover nail and screw depressions with spackle.
Apply second and third coats of compound.
Sand areas after each coast.
Required Skills/Qualifications

Must have 5+ years’ experience
Must be OSHA 10/30 certified.
Must be willing to travel
Proven experience as an installer/tile setter
Hands-on experience in working with wall protection
Excellent understanding of installation techniques and methods of installation and construction
Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)

The PM should be able to coordinate and manage the regional staff who in turn manage in field carpenters and helpers to get projects done in an efficient manner. Manage daily operations such as planning, organizing material, scheduling, as well as anything else that a PM would appropriately need to get done. Clearly demonstrate leadership, control, and people development through individual KPI’s of every site to ensure schedule, document control, costs, and quality control are met.
Key Responsibilities/ Duties:

Review and/or adjust submittals that meet the client’s standards and the job specifications.
Obtain daily production data and update project plans.
Place material orders.
Co-ordinate tools, rental equipment or other logistics needed for a job.
You may need to receive material take-offs from the site foreman for change orders/pricing from vendors.
Scan documents and keep the electronic folder up to date pertaining to a specific job.
Work with accounting to prepare job billings to be sent to the customer after approval from the PM.
Update Schedule of values
Coordinate punch items with the teams.
Complete quality checks and manage punch items and teams to bring projects to a close.
Investigations completed, providing recommendations on, processing and technical issues.
Ensure changes are implemented and appropriate personnel trained.

We are looking for an experienced Construction Assistant Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. (This is for Advanced Wall Solutions Subsidiary of Miller Paneling Specialties)

We are seeking an energetic, experienced individual to join our company as a Warehouse Driver. As part of our warehouse and delivery teams, you will drive vehicles to delivery locations. You will accurately keep records of all inventory, both received and delivered, and observe safe workplace rules and guidelines when unloading and transporting cargo. This is a physically demanding position, meaning our ideal candidate is able to lift and move heavy containers/material and experience with warehouse inventory management.
Warehouse Driver Duties and Responsibilities
• Load and unload box trucks and other vehicles
• Keep accurate records of items shipped and received
• Safely drive trucks to delivery locations and unload goods
Warehouse Driver Requirements and Qualifications
• Experience loading and unloading in a warehouse environment
• No CDL Required, however experience with large delivery vehicles/pickup trucks is required.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items throughout a normal shift
The role will be on a part-time/temporary basis, driver will be scheduled as-needed to deliver construction materials to job sites that can be wide ranging in distance from the warehouse.

Warehouse Managers are a vital part of the AWS (Advanced Wall Solutions) Team. This position requires the candidate to perform various warehouse activities as well as receive, input, sort, load, and unload products. The employee will organize stock, maintain inventory, and process, pack, and ship product orders.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Accurately load and deliver materials to jobsites
• Unload and load incoming and outgoing materials including wall panels, trim, stainless steel, etc. o Check for visible damaged material o Check for concealed damaged material and let Procurement Assistant and PM if there is any
• Use and operate forklift to move materials to appropriate placement within the warehouse
• Make sure material is kept in good condition.
• Performs routine warehouse maintenance and cleaning o Includes, but not limited to, vehicle checks and cleaning of vehicles, warehouse cleaning, etc.
• Examines equipment and tools routinely for needed repairs and maintenance. o Includes, but not limited to, tool counts/checks and tool management
• Check orders when they come in against packing slip
• Check to make sure packing slip lines up with what arrived
• Responsible for adhering to all safety policies and practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation including inventory reporting, sales orders, purchase orders, bills of lading, and shipping documentation.
• Includes, but not limited to, accurate inventory counts, accurate job ratios, update delivery tracker & overtime tracker. This should be done in real time
• Stock takes/cycle counts done bi-monthly to insure accurate inventory.
• Responsible to assist with any Technical Support and Fleet Management
• Responsible for assisting Miller Project Managers with various project related tasks
• Be present for all AWS warehouse meetings.
