A little bit of Midwest Glass & Mirror History. Where it all began - How did we get started?

Our story began in 1987, when my brother opened a small glass shop. At the time, it was primarily a one-man operation built on his years of hands-on experience and determination to run his own business. As the business grew, he brought in helpers as needed to keep up with the work.

By late 1989, after years of hard work, he was feeling burned out and made the decision to sell the business. He chose to pass it on to myself and Jon, my brother-in-law.

With five years of glass industry experience, Jon brought the technical knowledge, craftsmanship, and dedication, while I contributed a strong background in customer service, customer relations, and a focus on long-term business growth.

That was the beginning of the Midwest Glass & Mirror story, and we’re proud to continue building on that foundation today.
