Good morning, I hope everyone had a great weekend. It’s definitely put me in the mood for soup, but temps are coming back around next week. I promise one week we will get soup week! Until then we will be doing ground beef stroganoff and chicken Parmesan with fettuccine Alfredo or garlic butter linguine as preorders.

Ground beef stroganoff- mushrooms, ground beef, creamy sauce over egg noodles. (Cannot leave out mushrooms, roux made with mushrooms)
Individual- $12
9” round- $24

Chicken Parmesan with choice of fettuccine Alfredo or garlic butter linguine. Please specify when ordering.
Individual (chicken will be over noodle choice on this) $13
9” - 3 chicken pieces and separate pan of noddles of your choice. $29

Ordering will be open until 9 am tomorrow Monday October 19th.

Pickup will be 10-21 after 2 pm.

Good afternoon! I had a large charcuterie spread today that left me unable to fix anything for the store.
But we have still have, smoked sausage and cabbage, skillets, sweet-and-sour chicken, one pan of bourbon chicken, seven layer salads, seven layer dips, and fruit bowls. All Caked Up by Kayla’s Delectable Desserts as this place super stocked with cookies and Debbie style cakes plus some fudge round cookies that are outstanding one pumpkin roll and just a few of the blueberry oatmeal cream pies left for the season. I will not be in the store this evening. My mom will be taking care of everyone. She will be here until 530 this evening, don’t forget to come out Saturday night below the dam for lots of fun!

Good afternoon, we are open and full stocked. All preorders are ready for pickup.
Today we have a few extra bourbon chickens, a couple pork chops with dressing (1 chicken with dressing). Sweet and sour chicken with steamed rice, seven layer dips, smoked sausage and cabbage skillet, broccoli cheddar soup, seven layer salads, and fruit bowls.

I hope everyone is having a great Sunday. I feel like the weekend flown by! This weeks preorders will be Bourbon chicken and pork chops or chicken tenders with house made dressing. These will be ready for pick up on Wednesday October 14th after 2 pm.

Bourbon Chicken- steamed jasmine rice topped with bourbon grilled chicken.
9” round - $25 (feeds 2-3)
Individual - $12.50

These must be baked! I happy to bake yours if needed. $3 per order
Pork chops or chicken tenders with dressing- hand cut boneless chops topped with house made dressing and gravy. May substitute chicken in place of pork, however the dressing does have pork sausage in it.
9” round - $25 (feeds 2-3)
Individual - $ 11

Ordering will be open until 9 am tomorrow morning. I likely will not have extra chops/chicken with dressing after preorders close. If I do it will be minimal so please preorder if you’re wanting some.

Good afternoon! Today is your last day to stock up and I made some yummy stuff for it! We have Beef empanadas with queso and Spanish rice, chicken stirfry with rice, Texas twinkies( these are Cedar County jalapeños with no Salmonella! ), plain lo mein noodles, one cornbread potpie, two pans of brisket twice baked potatoes and one individual brisket tator.  I have two individual orders of chicken stirfry with lo mein noodles and I’m currently frying brisket Rangoon eggrolls.
We are here until 530 tonight and hope to see you before the weekend.

Good afternoon, I hope it’s been a great week so far. We are open and here until 5:30 tonight. We are well stocked to ease your dinner pains.
All preorders are ready. I made extra lasagna and chicken Carbonara, we have twice baked smoked brisket or pulled pork potatoes, cornbread pot pie, spicy tamale pie, Olive Garden style salads, I’m working on chicken cordon bleu, and fresh fruit is already in the cooler.

I really wanted this to be soup week, but the week of 70s turned back to 80s so we will wait another week. I promise I want soup as badly as everyone else!
Preorder for this week will be Lasagna and chicken carbonara. I found some affordable non disposable pans for the small lasagna that you will get a $2 credit if you return your pan. The 8x8 disposable are junk and hate wasting the money and they still feel like they will fold. 9x12 will still be in a disposable.

Lasagna- house made sauce, ground beef, mozzarella, ricotta, layered with noodles.
Small 8x8- $27 plus tax (includes a $2 refundable deposit)
Large 9x12- $38
Gluten free available $30/$44

Chicken Carbonara- spaghetti, chicken, bacon, in a creamy egg/cheese/garlic based sauce.
Individual $12.50

Something I haven’t mentioned but feel like maybe I should. I know there’s a lot going around about commercial ground beef right now. I just want you to know I have made it a point to source locally (Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas) ground beef. I’m sure the beef that just noticeably hit shelves under $4 a pound is part of the discounted beef that hit our border. I don’t want to get political but I also would prefer not to feed my family or any of my customers anything in question. So order that lasagna!
