Lang Lighting and Decor LLC provides Christmas lighting, landscape lighting, event lighting, permanent roofline lighting, and permanent lighting installation to customers throughout Madison, WI and southern Wisconsin. Our landscape light installers are fully insured and bring over a decade of combined experience to every project, ensuring each lighting system is designed for both performance and visual impact.

Lang Lighting & Decor is looking to add hardworking, dependable team members to our seasonal installation crew!

📅 Season: End of August 2026 through March 2027

We’re looking for individuals who:
✅ Show up ready to work every day
✅ Bring a positive attitude and energy to the team
✅ Take pride in doing quality work
✅ Enjoy working outdoors and aren’t afraid of heights
✅ Work well with others and represent our company professionally

💰 Starting Pay: $20/hour
🎁 Christmas Bonus paid at the end of the season for eligible team members!
