It was such a treat to visit Ernest Hemingway’s home + writing studio. His studio was left untouched since his death in 1961. At the time, he had 30 cats—today there are 61 on the property. All descends are from his original cats 😽and yes, most are polydactyl (having 6 toes) 🐾

Sad news:
Like many of you, our house is filled with unique treasures that make it a home. But there’s no doubt our sweet English golden retriever, Rosie, made it complete. Rosie unexpectedly left us shortly after Christmas due to a heart tumor. Having her felt like Christmas morning everyday😿💔
