These Eliot, ME homeowners had a vision: lighter floors, clean lines, and coastal-inspired finishes.

After several showroom and supplier visits, they landed on a combination of selections that tied the entire home together beautifully.

French White Oak hardwood runs throughout the home, complemented by large-format tile in the entry and bathrooms, along with a crisp Adex backsplash that finishes the kitchen perfectly.

🛠️ This bathroom was only a few years old, but it was already failing.

Lippage throughout the tile installation created areas that held soap scum, mildew, and moisture. Once we opened things up, we found water damage and rot behind the finished surfaces.

The existing bathroom was removed, the underlying issues were corrected, and the space was rebuilt from the ground up with new tile, glass, and tub access steps.

A reminder that good tile work isn't just about how it looks on day one, it's about how it performs years later.
