🥛 Raw Milk Delivery Run — Northwest Arkansas! 🚜🌾
Hey NWA neighbors! I am planning my next bulk trip down to the Amish community next week on Friday, September 11th, and I’m taking custom orders for fresh, high-quality raw milk!
Skip the 2/4-hour drive…I will pick it up at cost and bring it straight to a highway meetup spot near you. To keep things completely transparent, you pay the exact Amish shelf price ($4.00/gallon) plus a flat 25% delivery fee ($1.00/gallon). I will provide the store receipts so you see the exact pricing!
🥛⚠️ Important Raw Milk Rules (Your Cooler, Your Responsibility):
To ensure strict compliance with Arkansas cold-chain rules and keep the milk perfectly safe, the container and temperature management are entirely up to you:
* Container: You must provide your own 1-gallon (or two half-gallon) Ozark Trail or similar stainless steel vacuum-insulated jug/tumbler.
* Limit: There is a strict limit of 2 gallons maximum per family.
* The Cold Chain: Your empty stainless steel jug must be dropped off inside a cooler packed with ice or frozen cold packs to guarantee the milk stays ice-cold from the moment it is filled.
* 💡 Pro-Tip: If you love the idea of fresh farm dairy free from added commercial hormones, but you're nervous about bacteria, you can easily boil (pasteurize) the milk on your stove at home before drinking it!
📦 How the Same-Day Highway Setup Works:
1. Order Deadline: Send a direct message to crows cart with your order by Wednesday evening.
2. Friday Morning Drop-off: Meet me at one of our designated highway spots on my way out to hand off your clean cooler (packed with ice and your empty stainless steel milk jug) containing a sealed money pouch with your exact store cash ($4 per gallon).
3. Friday Afternoon Pickup: Meet me at the same highway spot on my way home. I will hand back your pre-chilled coolers, provide your receipt, and you will pay the 25% delivery fee in cash ($1 per gallon)!
📋 Legal Notice & Waivers:
⚠️ Per Arkansas state regulations for off-farm raw dairy transactions, these products are unpasteurized. By ordering, you acknowledge that you are requesting a personal delivery courier service, and the consumer assumes all liability for health risks. I will have a clipboard ready at the afternoon meetup for everyone to sign a standard liability waiver before heading home!

Hey everyone! I’m back and running full speed!

We are planning a bulk sourcing trip down to the Amish community on the Missouri line, next week on Friday, September 11th, and I’m opening up my vehicle to bring back high-quality items for anyone who wants to save a long hour round trip!

To keep communication organized and perfectly clear, I will be managing everything through my this Crows Cart account here on Facebook. Please send all direct messages and order updates to this account! 💜

To keep things completely simple and transparent, I am charging the exact Amish shelf price for every item, plus a flat 25% delivery fee to cover my gas, vehicle wear, and time. I'll give you the exact store receipts so you see the pricing!

3. The Sourcing Trip: I will use your exact cash pouches at the register. The milk will go directly into your provided stainless steel jugs inside your icy coolers to stay perfectly cold on the 2-hour drive back.
4. Friday Afternoon Pickup (On My Way Back): We will meet at the same highway spots on my way home. I will hand back your pre-chilled coolers, provide your receipt, and you will pay the 25% delivery fee in cash!

Well… four hours later and we FINALLY wrapped up the Toad Abode Workshop. 😂🐸🌿

What started as building little toad homes turned into wandering the creek, exploring, playing, laughing, and honestly just enjoying a slow afternoon together.

By the end, our sweet little 4-year-old friend was leaving in tears because she didn’t want to go home and honestly… that probably says more about the day than anything else could. 💜

These are exactly the kinds of childhood memories I hoped these workshops would create.

We are officially all set and ready to make TOAD ABODES! 🐸🌿

The garden is waiting, the supplies are gathered, now we get to spend the morning creating tiny woodland homes for some of nature’s best garden helpers. 💜

I’m so excited for a slow, creative, muddy little morning filled with imagination, dirt, sticks, moss, and happy kiddos.

🌿🐥 Morning chick chores + sunshine therapy.

One of the best ways to bond with chicks and help them grow into friendly, social birds is simple: sit with them in the grass and hand feed them. 💜
With workshops coming up, we’re spending extra time making sure our babies are comfortable being handled and interacting with people.
