Lots of prep on this one! We ground down old ceramic tile thinset until we achieved a smooth finish, prepped & installed this beautiful glue direct luxury vinyl flooring. We installed carpet in the bedrooms, on the stairway & in the loft as well. Thanks for the local work! đŸ˜ƒ

Matt Hegge (My Father & The Founder Of Town & Country Flooring) Installed all the floors in this house when it was built back in 2010. Fast forward 15 years, the house is sold & the new owner wants to change up the floors. (Not because there were issues, but just to change up the style.)

Matt always taught my brother & I to "Do thing's right the first time." This job along with many others he completed are a testament to how strongly he felt about that!

The floors in this home were still in fantastic shape 15 years after the original installation. We strive to follow in those footsteps & offer the same quality to this day...

We hope that by offering you a quality product along with quality installation, your floors can last for many years!

Not to worry! We work with insurance companies all the time & even directly with adjusters if needed.

Once the area dried out we were able to get in there & get some thick/cozy new carpet installed for him so he could get his place put back together right away.
