Hey everybody!
Lasagna Mountain hours are Wed-Sun, 5-8pm. Dinner only! Year-round! Closed on Mon/Tue. The address is 320 W Main St., Lead SD 57754. Voted the Best Lasagna in South Dakota!🍅

I’m on a two-day camping trip right now, but I’m gonna post about everything you might need to know during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, and get that posted by tomorrow night!

There will be all kinds of Pasta this week/next week, but I shop for fresh ingredients daily, so it all depends on what’s available, day by day, during a time when there are an extra quarter million people shopping at the same stores as me!

So be ready for anything!

I can’t think of a better way to celebrate the first day of summer! Tonight we had our opening night at Friday Farmers Market in Gordon Park in Deadwood. It was a messy hot one with no so friendly wind gusts, but it was a great time!!

Thank you to everyone who attended especially to those who stopped by our tent. We saw some familiar faces and made new friends. It was a great evening.

We will have a special treat next week. See y’all next Friday! 😁

Today is R&D! I swear I’m going to nail down the perfect hot wing rub!
Today I had an epiphany!!
Out of today’s 10 new recipes something’s got to give!

People ask “How do you come up with the recipes?”

Trial and error is the answer. If I’m not in love with it I’m not going to market it.

6/3-C was pretty good so I made 4 variations to expand that flavor.
I’ll get a few opinions on the latest 4 recipes. I think I’m getting close!
