My transformations are achieved within budget and WITHOUT major construction, CAD drawings/3D renderings, all trade-only sources + fancy, custom everything. While that route is certainly an amazing option and takes many skilled individuals to execute over a long timeline, that's just not what I do.
My portfolio is proof that you CAN make a big impact with: paint, furnishings, lighting, finish carpentry, window treatments, upholstery + styled finishing touches.
