Yes we still have all the retail cuts.
We have grass fed and grass/grain finished available and more grass fed and finished by quarter half and whole available I hope by late June.
We have one beef at the butcher now with a hanging weight of 691 pounds
USDA Inspected facility in Blackfoot Idaho. We still have enough for the farm shop so this one is up for grabs by quarter half and whole.
This is completely grass fed and finished. No grain.
Cost is $5/ pound and you pay cutting fees to the butcher (about $1/lb) and get it cut up and packaged exactly how you want it. Stock your freezer with beautiful local beef.
If you haven't done a beef by hanging weight before and have questions, I would love to answer them. Drop them below or give me a call. Pickup is in about a week. We do a $200 deposit.
We will have some grain finished beef available as well if anyone is interested.
