This is what mental illness looks like! I have always struggled with depression, anxiety/panic disorder and PTSD. This past winter was overwhelming and I couldn’t get over it. I’m doing better now and next month I’m going to start trauma/ptsd counseling and see where that goes.
That on top of not being able to afford the medication I’ve been on for 2 years in the clinical trial has really slowed me down this month. My doctor is appealing the VA decision to try and get it. We’re in route to the doctor now to try and get something while we wait.
All of that to say…y’all I’m trying to get back to y’all say a little prayer if you don’t mind and I can’t wait to show you all the new things!

Happy Flag Day!
I wanted to hop on and fill y’all in on a few things. First and foremost I’ve missed every single one of you from the bottom of my heart. Things have been rough between my struggles with mental health and physical health to Scott’s health rapidly declining over the last six months.
I’ve become very involved in my local VFW, American Legion and our new Veteran’s Freedom Museum. This month our community started a “soup kitchen” and I’ve started volunteering there as well. Getting out of the house and meeting new people and really helped my mental health 10 fold.

That being said I feel my creativity coming back so on the 24th I’ll be leaving for Kansas City, MO for Chalkcon and hopefully finding that passion and inspiration again.

I literally can’t even walk into the craft room it’s a hot mess. I’m going to work on getting it functional and hopefully relaunch my business and this page the beginning of July.

For those who have reached out Thank You! I truly apologize for going MIA and I hope you’ll forgive me and still support me.

Finally feeling a bit better and switched fall for spring. Got a lot done today and pretty sure I’ve totally overdone it again. I’m hoping to get back on track soon.

Update: I started feeling better Friday and yesterday got home and had 101 fever and earache again. Be sure to check out the new Patriotic Transfers that released yesterday

Hey y’all so since the St. Patty’s day parade I’ve been sick. Started as the crud and has progressed to day 8 of antibiotics and still running fever and feeling awful. I’ve been sitting on new stuff for a couple weeks. I’m going to try and go live tonight, Thursday and at least show you the new and chat.

Got my new glasses today. First time with bifocal lenses it’s interesting to say the least. Our Peanuts stuff came in yesterday but I need a day or two to get used to these glasses.

Was at my friends last night and she had some old cookbooks out that Scott was looking through. I had been looking all evening for “something different “ for dinner. He found this and not only was it super simple but delicious and filling!
