She spent WMFHA’s Impact Day working alongside other multifamily volunteers to help repair homes for local homeowners in Beacon Hill.

Sometimes something comes up once we’re onsite: access issues, prep that changes the plan, a transition that needs attention, or another detail your team needs to know before the job is wrapped up.

The important part is not pretending those things never happen. It’s making sure you hear about them while there is still time to make a plan, not when a resident is moving in or maintenance is finding out after the fact.
