Well this is cool !!!

At Bondi Beach, broken surfboards have been reshaped into benches, a great way to keep them out of landfill and a super cool art installation.

Imagine what we could do with that idea in Agnes Water and 1770.

Benches along the foreshore made from retired local boards. Boards that have actually been ridden here, each one with its own story, maybe even marked with who rode it or where it’s been.

It’s not just recycling, it’s a way to showcase our surf culture, support local makers, and create something that feels genuinely “us.”

Could be something pretty special if done right.

🌊🎨 Surf’n the City is making waves! 🎨🌊

board 3 has officially landed as part of the Surf’n the City Art Project, and they’ll be calling Lori’s Ace Hardware home!

The mural is the rhythm of coastal life—from salty beach days and rolling waves to the quiet beauty of community, growth, and everyday moments that make this place so special. Bringing their vision to life was so much fun !!

Take a stroll, slow down for a minute, and see how many stories you can find hidden in the details. 🐚🌿

🌊🏛️ Surf’n the City is heading to Town Hall! 🏛️🌊

This is the first of 4 surfboard murals I’ve been working on for the “Surfn’ The City” public art project. Im super excited to be a part of this collaboration of amazing local artists, working together with local business to create their vision. The town board was created to reflect the heart of our community—from the waterways that shape Surf City to the iconic new bridge, wildlife, and everyday moments that make this place home.
