Campanula has joined the party! But if our resident groundhog has anything to say about it you’ll never see a bloom. Apparently they are very tasty! Good thing I have one giant plant tucked away between the feverfew. Almost invisible. Those deep purple sweetly fragrant bells are so charming.

So many flowers to choose from, so I decided to let you choose your own. We’ve got Canterbury bells, baby blue hydrangeas, coral bells, anemone, wax Myrtle, white lace flower, Larkspur, loads of feverfew, and oh so many snapdragons! Stop by the farm from 10-1 to make your own bouquet!

🌸Saturday Nursery Opening🌸
The farm is in bloom, the sun is shining and today we have dark chocolate, apricot and hazelnut muffins to go with the German coffee! As always, May’s Bakes uses only organic sprouted spelt flour and natural non-sugar sweetener so these are perfect for all who are gluten sensitive, diabetic, or just intent on eating wholesome food. She made us a batch to try this week and oh my….let’s just say one wasn’t enough…
Our farm nursery is open 10-1 today and we have loads of perennials, shrubs, berries and freshly cut flowers for made-to order bouquets.

Blackberries are plumping up thanks to the rain and it looks like it’ll be a tasty year 😍
If you’d like some blackberry plants we have flora canes potted up, which means they will be flowering and fruiting this year!
Our nursery will be open Saturday from 10-1 with perennials, natives, shrubs, and of course German coffee and warm-from-the-oven baked goods.

Sisyrinchium striatum - for those who bought her at our Farm Open House in faith that she would flower you will not be disappointed! The prettiest buttery yellow blooms stack up against the backdrop of silvery Iris-type foliage. The rain has coaxed mine into bloom and I love what I see!
This perennial was started from seeds I received from a friend in England and now that she’s in her second year she is well established to make the transition into your garden for yearly early summer blooms!
You can purchase her and complimentary plants at our weekly nursery opening on Saturdays from 10-1.

Introducing this year’s hollyhock seed varieties. These three beauties have a lovely old-fashion single bloom with colors ranging from full, deep pink to very light blush with dark burgundy centers. They’re currently putting on quite a show outside the potting shed and will be ready to offer up seeds later this summer.
