We’ve had a lot of new followers join us lately, so I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself. I’m Clint Haight, Owner & President of Custom Projects and Homes.

I bring over 20 years of hands-on construction experience and leadership to the work we do every day. I got my start in the trades while I was still in high school, and after earning my Construction degree from Kirkwood, I spent six years learning the ins and outs of both new home construction and remodeling before starting this company.

For nearly two decades, I’ve built this business the same way I approach every project—with care, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing things the right way. As Owner and President, I stay involved from the first conversation through the final walkthrough, making sure every home reflects the quality, integrity, and craftsmanship we stand for.

When I’m not on site, I’m usually spending time with my family at our cabin in southeast Iowa—waterskiing, wakeboarding, fishing, and enjoying every minute of it.
