October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month.
For those who have experienced the loss of a baby, this month can carry so many different emotions. Grief doesn’t follow a calendar, and there is no single way to remember, mourn, or carry the love that remains.
And grief can touch every part of us—our hearts, our minds, our relationships, and the way we move through the world.
Some losses are spoken about openly. Others are carried quietly.
But every little life mattered.
This month, I’m holding space for the babies who were loved, the families who remember them, and the stories that aren’t always seen.
There is room for both grief and hope.
There is room to remember.
And there is room for light, even in the places that have known deep sorrow. 🤍
