If you have to spend half your life folding clothes, it might as well be in a room with great lighting and fun flooring. ✨ A little vintage charm goes a long way in making chores feel like less of a bore.

We love how this space blends timeless style with a fresh, modern feel. By reconfiguring the layout, we brought a better flow and efficiency to the heart of the home.

The warmth of the original hardwood floors perfectly complements the clean lines of the white cabinetry, while the patterned backsplash adds a truly unique and vibrant focal point.

Classic never goes out of style. White cabinetry, marble stone, and brass accents give this bath a refined glow-up.

3 ways to elevate a small bathroom:
✔ Timeless finishes (like marble)
✔ Warm metallics (hello, brass ✨)
✔ A statement mirror (the jewelry of the room)
Small space, major style!

Double-tap if marble + brass is your dream combo ✨

This client was looking for a coastal farmhouse design. Which combines the relaxed, airy feel of coastal living with the warmth and charm of farmhouse style.

Here are some key elements:
1. Color Palette - Soft, neutral tones like whites, creams, and beiges are often complemented by shades of blue and green.
2. Natural Materials - Incorporating materials like reclaimed wood, wicker, and rattan adds a rustic touch. Think wooden beams, shiplap/bead board walls, and woven baskets.
3. Vintage Inspired Fixtures - Classic, vintage-style fixtures such as clawfoot tubs, farmhouse sinks, and brass faucets add character and charm.
4. Textiles - Light, breezy fabrics like linen and cotton in neutral or nautical patterns help create a relaxed atmosphere. Consider using striped towels or a jute rug.

Time for the final reveal of my latest project. This client built their home in 2006 but was ready to update their master bathroom. A large corner tub became unused, bathroom door opened covered half of the shower, and shower felt too small. (before photos at the end) Clean lines, simplistically, and easy to maintain were the goals for their new bathroom. We updated the vanity to a floating one with a rectangular sink and an exciting encaustic tile look behind the mirror. Built a new walk in shower where the tub once was with a linear drain. Added heating under the tiles for those many cold months in New York we all know. Swapped out the old shower space for a huge linen closet with modern space saving bifold barn door. Finally replaced the bathroom door with a sliding barn door to make the space feel even larger! Stay tuned for the master bedroom that’s currently in the design faze and is up next!

A quick “his” closet update to project Lakeshore. Apart from the usual hanging rods, consider using open cubbies, baskets, plastic bins to store different types of clothing and accessories. Then store the rest that doesn’t fit in a dresser (remodeling this soon, stay tuned!) As a general rule, most clothing, shoes, and extras can be stored out in the open to make outfit planning easier. Plan to store smaller folded garments, accessories, and other miscellaneous items inside closed storage solutions to avoid a cluttered look.

This Master bathroom is almost complete! Just waiting on a few back ordered items like the shelves for the vanity and glass for the shower. This customer wanted a design that looked up to date yet timeless so when they are ready to sell it would appeal to any buyer. I chose a medium grey vanity with quartz marble-look top, grey wood-look vinyl for the floor and a marble-look tile for the shower with gold hardware & fixtures to really give it a classy look.
