You’re not going to fool me today- me, every April fool’s day right before i get fooled 😂 so here’s your reminder that today is April Fool’s day, and also it is no joke that every room in your house needs art. Yes, that includes bathrooms, closets, laundry rooms, kitchens. If there’s a wall, a shelf, or even the smallest bit of counter space, you need art. And please, for the love of all photographers out there, print your family photos 🤍 We are officially out of the “we live in a neutral perfectly staged home” era and are bringing back the meaningful art and decor ✨

I’ve been pretty invested in this year’s Olympics and am a little sad they’re over. So here’s some watercolor from Cortina beyond the Olympic village 🏔️

We honeymooned in the Dolomites back in 2019 and loved every pasta eating second of it. Just kidding. The food here actually leans more German and Austrian than classic Italian, so don’t go in expecting the pizza and pasta of Rome. It’s different, but still good. The views make up for it.

The rugged beauty, the jagged peaks, the cutest mountain huts, and views that don’t even look real.

Plus there is basically a chairlift up every mountain you see, which makes hiking way more doable and lets you pack a lot more sightseeing into one day.

And if you know me, cramming as much as humanly possible into a day is exactly how I roll. 😂

I’ve been collecting postcards everywhere I travel since I was in middle school. And I’ve found a huge problem. So many places have terrible postcards 😅

Either they’re just greeting cards, wooden postcards (sorry, I can’t get behind those), or a photo taken in harsh midday light with shadows and blown-out skies which makes me cringe.

So I turned this into a mission. To make postcards that actually do these places justice and to shine a light on places you don’t normally see postcards of.

Watercolor postcards inspired by iconic Syracuse spots, New York landscapes, the Adirondack Mountains, and National Parks. Soft light, moody colors, and art you’d actually want to send or frame. And after being super popular at art markets, they’re ✨finally✨ all listed on Etsy, over 50 designs and counting. They can also be turned into larger sized posters!

If you’re a postcard hoarder like me or just want a better one for your fridge, wall art, or your snail mail era… you’re gonna love these 💌

2025 was a year of learning, growth, and pouring every ounce of creativity (and way too many late nights 😅) into Callaghan Collective. First full year in the books and while I still have no idea what I’m doing half the time, I’m convinced none of us really do 😂

It blows my mind that over 500 of my prints are out in the world, hanging in your homes and complete strangers homes too. It took a couple months to get that first stranger sale on Etsy and now I’ve sold to hundreds of strangers. I love when someone says “I saw your art at my friend’s house and needed one too.” Truly the coolest feeling.
Thanks for being part of this wild adventure. I’m so excited to see what we create next 🥂🎨 Take this as your sign to try something new even if you don’t feel like you know what you’re doing ✨
