Tacoma DADU We build DADUs, detached accessory dwelling units, for people in the Tacoma and surrounding areas! We own and build for others and ourselves.

Combined, we have 85 years of experience in the home building industry. We have built and managed our rentals and have learned over the years what works. We saw the need for DADUs in Tacoma and the surrounding South Sound region and wanted to bring our expertise to homeowners who may not have all the answers. As Tacoma’s premier DADU contractors, we bring a one-stop-shop solution to building our client's net worth and monthly income or providing a place for a family member. We provide a turnkey solution that will be easy to maintain and maximize your property. We also love helping others and seeing people maximize their hard work in building a portfolio that helps their future.

The DADU webinar, detached accessory dwelling unit, is happening!

October 21st at 7:00PM, “Is a DADU right for you?” one hour webinar is taking place live.

It will be about 30 minutes of education and then 30 minutes of question and answer.

I loved the idea of doing DADUs because it would allow me to truly educate people. Not only on DADUs, but help with financial awareness, legacy planning and all sorts of fun benefits that just help people.

The key, I love to help people. It’s my passion! It’s what Tacoma DADU has become. I just have the random blessing of working with Mark, my brother, who is a much better person than me. We also have my dad, Ken, still helping and guiding us along the way.

I would love to have you on the webinar. It will definitely not be the only one and I’m excited to see what it becomes! Feel free to share with others. It’s free and the more the merrier!

See you then, and let me know if you have any questions ahead of time!!
