Y’all I have put off this announcement because I hate to disappoint anyone these days. I had every intention to open the doors to The Porch Goose and have the best soft opening ever this weekend BUT some unexpected delays have come up and it’s just not going to be ready in time. And because I know I’ll need to have extra inventory on hand for the day I can open, I’ve decided to not set up my pottery tent for the festival this year. Which kills me!! I know it’s gonna be a barn burner. I’m so sorry to anyone that was wanting to come by and get something, but I promise when I do open up this storefront it will be well worth the wait!! With all that said, please come out and support Manchester Music Fest this weekend, it’s the best festival all year by far and the music, vendor and food truck line up is amazing. I can’t wait to see you all, let’s hope for good weather and good turn out 🤘🤘🤘 -KM

Happy May y'all ❤️ Since Mother's Day is right around the corner I wanted to remind everyone there are still a few tickets left in BOTH afternoon and evening classes for the next pottery workshop on the 17th!! An experience is always a no fail gift idea, especially when you can make something together that you can use forever. TICKETS ARE LIVE! The masses have spoken and it's time for the next workshop! On Sunday May 17th we'll be making To-Go cups! (For anyone that wanted the luminaries don't worry we'll save that one for the fall)

If you need a Mother's Day gift this year, a pottery class is always a fun experience! ☺️ We're making custom cups and learning a few basic hand building techniques along the way. You don't wanna miss this one y'all!

This workshop is slightly more advanced and kids 10+ may attend with an adult present. There will be an afternoon session from 1-3pm and an evening session from 5-7pm. Light appetizers and beverages will be included and the class will be taking place upstairs in the community room at the Clay County Library.

**Please be sure to include an updated email address when checking out on the website, there will be some important reminders and directions to the community room sent out the week of the workshop.
