Scenic drives, sweet goats, and a room full of creativity! 🏔️🧺🐐🪰

I ​had the absolute best day teaching basket weaving at Mountain Lodge Farm today. 14 wonderful students, good laughs, lots of beautiful weaving, yummy cheese tasting and new friendships made!

​(Special shoutout to the adorable goats for being great cheerleaders, and the local fly population for keeping us on our toes! 🪰😅)

​Thank you to everyone who joined in on the fun! See you in the fall, when it is too cold for flies!

Look at this cutie of a finished purse basket! One of my repeat students sent me this photo today, and I couldn’t resist sharing.

If you’ve ever taken a class with me, you know exactly who this is — she breezes in a few minutes late, then somehow finishes before everyone else. It’s her superpower. ❤ She doesn't plan it that way, it just happens.

I enjoy having her in class, and I’m so grateful for her continued support and enthusiasm. Keep weaving, my friend… your baskets always shine.

Say hello to the Table Runner Basket — wire & wooden bale handles, 1" wooden feet… basically the cutest thing I’ve woven in a while.

Seats are limited and fall classes tend to disappear quickly.

You will love this basket that includes a pair of wooden and wire handles and the cutest little legs at the bottom. This basket is approximately 6" x 15 and 7" tall, including the 1" tall feet.

While the PNW heat is doing its thing today, I’m inside mapping out the fall class lineup.

A handful of seats are still open, and they tend to disappear quickly once the calendar goes up.
