HGTV posted an article on how to sell a 'haunted' house, notice the end of the quote from this professional ghostbuster: ""I've definitely had to bring in the hired help," says Nicholas, who figures that on a dozen occasions at least, in the last 25 years, he has hired priests and "spiritual persons" to bless the house and, of course, home stagers to "brighten it up and make it cheerful." :-D

I delight in a complete project!
The design challenge, the client interactions, the agent relationships - all good, but the BEST moment is that quiet walk-thru at the end - before you turn out the lights and lock the door.
