This is the second boutique in North Tacoma having opened Dwell in 2006 in the same Three Bridges neighborhood. We are passionate about Tacoma! We curate items from local artists, the USA and throughout the world. We love to research

current trends but always with an eye towards detail, quality and design. We are parents to a blended family of 7 kids, 4 daughters and 3 sons. We know how to multi-task and make things happen! Evolve's mission is simple. We strive to make your visit a pleasant and memorable experience, whether you stop by to browse or are in search of a complete wardrobe update. Our approach is simple, with an emphasis on service and a personal connection you can only find when shopping local.

Hello Friends! I am excited to announce that you can now connect with me at the Tacoma Nordstrom and Nordstrom online! While this is quite a different journey than owning a small neighborhood boutique, I am thrilled to be recruited by and represent a local retail icon! The hardest part of closing was not being able to see my customers on a regular basis. Now we can still connect! I am available to book personal styling appointments and have a new Instagram page for you to follow and interact with me!

Hello friends, after much contemplation, the time has come to close our doors.

I opened Evolve with heart and hope in 2014 and will be closing this chapter of Evolve’s story with heart and hope.

It has been my great honor and privilege to be a part of Tacoma’s business community. What I dreamed to create came to fruition. I was able to employ a dozen women, support local artists and this city I love with tax revenue.

What I treasure the most from this experience is all of the connections I made with so many wonderful and beautiful people. There was a lot of laughter, even some tears, high fives and hugs, some “you are drop dead gorgeous in that dress” and “you’re going to kill it at your interview” and so many other memories I will carry in my heart for all time.

This dream could not have been realized without the support of people I love. Evolve’s biggest cheerleader has been my husband, Peter. I met him in 2016 through Evolve! He bluetooth’d your vintage radios, helped scour the country for vintage finds, chatted it up with many of you in the shop and was always there to encourage this dream with his time, generosity, his business expertise and his big heart. He’s such a treasure.

A huge thank you and acknowledgment to my three daughters and my bonus kids for all of their help and support over the years…from breaking down boxes to helping at events and much more. I hope and pray they received inspiration and know they can accomplish their own dreams. A big thank you to my Mom, she has always believed in me. Besides making the beautiful jewelry we sold in the shop, she supported Evolve in so many other ways.

Thank you so very much to all of my employees over the years, in particular to Kyla who was with us the longest and was always so very kind with customers.
