Love You More Crochet LLC

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT: JelliCat Crochet is now.... Love You More Crochet! 🦒💜 This gorgeous new logo was commissioned from the lovely 🥰 ✨️ Keep reading for more details about my rebrand!

Although I'm still on hiatus for now, I decided to revamp my brand to better represent who I am and what I want to share with my art.

🦒 Giraffes have been my favorite animal for as long as I can remember, so it seemed fitting to make my new mascot an adorable little giraffe!

💜 "Love you more" is an affectionate saying always exchanged between my Gramma and I ("I love you!" "I love you more!" "Nuh-uh!" "Uh-huh!"). As the matriarch of my VERY musical, artistic, whimsical family, she is a huge reason why I am so passionate about what I do.

I also wanted to clearly distance my own brand from the official Jellycat brand– not that they aren't amazing! I had formed my own business name before I knew about Jellycat, and while there are lots of awesome crocheters out there making Jellycat-inspired creations, I am not one of them.

So... here I am! If you have read this far, thank you so much for your support! I look forward to sharing more of what makes me happy, and I hope it puts a smile on your face. 😁🫶

With kindness,
Christine

Unfortunately, this post is relevant once again. Please do whatever you can to take care of yourself today. You are not alone. 💜

I saw this post by both and and I thought it was worded perfectly.

I'm pretty vocal about my beliefs on here already, but I want any newcomers to know right away that I am a safe person and that JelliCat Crochet is a safe space.

Thank you for being here. If you're hurting or scared, you are valid and I'm so proud of you for being here. Stay strong. 💜

Just a lil baby kitten 🥹 I don't have a banana for scale, but I figured my mug would do just fine 🤣

I was planning to embroider a nose, but I honestly kind of love how it looks without! What do you think?

🗒Pattern: Cute Kitten Plushies (Mini Kitten) by
🧶Yarn: I don't have the label, but it's either Loops & Threads Skinny Chenille or Loops & Threads Petite Purl (you can get em both at 😁)

TIS THE SEASON! ❄️🎄 The first ornament is officially on the tree and I'm so happy with it. 🥹

Make sure you give a follow so you can catch this free, no-sew pattern and add your own snowbeans to your tree!

It was an honor to test Kelby's very first crochet pattern! This snowbean is one of three beans included in the pattern-- you definitely won't want to miss the other two: ❄️🐸❄️🐻❄️

Do you have crocheted ornaments or other holiday decorations? 👀🎄

💚🦇LIME BAT🦇💚

The lack of a lime emoji is crazy... 🤣 You might remember my Lemon Bat 🍋 making its debut back in July. There was a lot of interest in other citrus bats to go with it, but I got a bit sidetracked with other projects.

UNTIL NOW! Shoutout to for reminding me of this and inspiring me to bring the Lime Bat to life! 🫶

I made some improvements on my original citrus mod design to give it more of that signature slice look, and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out!

If you want to make your own bat, head over to .me.zaddy and check out his Little Bat Buddy pattern along with all of his other amazing patterns! Plus, I think I heard he's launching his very own yarn brand soon.... 👀

🗒 Pattern: .me.zaddy with mods by me
🧶 Yarn: Big Twist Value

Which Fruit Bat should I make next?
