Chaffin Tower Services is now hiring. We would like to add to our existing tower crew. Looking for someone that wants to show up and learn their trade. We have a lot of experience on this crew and looking for a few go getters that have a desire to learn and grow. We train in house and provide training and testing for several certifications. You can plan to be gone for several weeks at a time. Competitive hourly based on experience, per diem, and mileage pay.

Applicant must-

Submit to background and MVR checks.
Have a full negative pre employment Drug Screen.
Have a valid drivers license.
Obtain a DOT physical card.
Be able to work out of town for extended periods of time.
Be able to work at heights.

Thank you to everyone who was able to attend the CTS “ fish fry”. We wanted to show our appreciation to our employees and their families. It was great to get everyone together at the same time and visit. We love you guys and missed the ones who were not able to attend.

Also thank you to those who brought food, desserts and helped out.

Cell Tower Technician

Full-time job

Experienced tower hand needed!

Requirements for consideration to be hired:

* Drug Free - We do pre-employment drug testing and random testing as well as testing for probable cause

* valid drivers license CDL preferred

* strong work ethic both mentally and physically. It is not uncommon to work 10 - 12 hour days. Being willing to work
these hours when needed are mandatory for employment and complaints about the overtime is not tolerated. Willing to work at high elevations with challenging environment.

* 2 years of tower work is desired but the right
applicant can be considered with 1 years experience.

*dependable transportation to the shop (every time).

*by the nature of our business we do not have time for drama or contention on the work site. We have to work as a team.

We pay competitively and also offer health care benefits. We are a family owned business and we take care of those who take care of us by doing their job and working hard.
