Humble Mountain Creations Hi! I'm Kiersten and I love creating things people can enjoy. I especially love crochet and tie dye! Humble Mountain Creations is nestled in the Pocono Mountains.

Inspired by beauty and nature around me I started making my own soaps and lotions. Eventually it lead to my making it for my own wedding favors. Ever since then I have been hooked on making cold process soaps. My soaps are made in small batches, but I keep my recipes the same for each batch. I like to use a combination of different organic oils with the goal of creating a long lasting, moisturizin

g, sudsy bar. I try to keep my products as natural as possible, using herbs, clays and essential oils. Sometimes I use fragrance oils and natural clay and spice colorants to achieve my look and scent

These natural soaps will last long if you treat them right. To extend soap life, store them on a draining soap dish. Best of all they leave your skin smooth and soft! Everything I make is phthalate free. Who needs nasty plastic and chemicals put into our bath and body products? If you aren't familiar with phthalates and what they do to our bodies, I encourage you to research it. You might be surprised!

Her PiYo classes have helped me so much in cancer recovery- from dealing with the emotional trauma aspect to also really helping me recover from post op/post radiation tightness and discomfort.
